We're Moving!

We've closed the showroom at 1308 Chestnut Street and are in the process of opening a new showroom location. We are still available for scheduling in person appointments following our COVID safety guidelines. The warehouse is still receiving shipments and arranging outgoing shipments and deliveries. As always, the website is open 24/7.

Showroom Update

The showroom has reopened by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday-Saturday from 10 am - 5 pm. Please call 215-732-2001. Appointments are required at this time to protect both our customers and employees. Walk ins are not allowed. Masks are required to be worn during your appointment.

As always, the website is available 24/7 for your shopping needs.

Shipping Updates

Small items, UPS 
In stock items that are able to ship via UPS will ship out with some delays, but should ship within a week of purchase. Tracking will be sent once it is available.
 
Large items, Local deliveries (eastern PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE, DC, parts of VA)
Due to the Stay At Home order in the state of Pennsylvania, along with closure restrictions on nonessential businesses thru April 30, any local deliveries will be held until we are able to reopen. As of now, deliveries of items in the warehouse and showroom samples will ship starting in May.
 
Large items, Non-local deliveries
We will utilize our usual shipping companies for pickup as available, but due to restrictions in place across much of the country in home delivery will be available based on the location and the current operations of the delivery company.
We understand the disappointment in delays and the inconvenience this may cause, however this is a situation out of our control. 
We are working customer service remotely and are doing our best to respond in a timely manner.

The impact of COVID-19 is being felt across the country. Here in Pennsylvania, a closure of nonessential retail was put in place by the governor.

The Showroom will remain closed as long as the closure is in place. Our sales associates are reachable via email at info@luxehomepa.com or 215-732-2001.

As always, www.luxehomephiladelphia.com is open for browsing and ordering.

Our company is a family and we are doing what we can to keep our family and customers safe while striving to fulfill any outstanding orders. Our goal is to continue to provide outstanding customer service while adhering to government recommendations.

We will continue shipping via our usual carriers - Plycon, FedEx, UPS, etc. - as long as they allow.

For the safety of our delivery team, we will resume local deliveries in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Delaware, and DC as permitted when the shutdowns are lifted.
